Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are custom and made to order. Therefore, once your order is placed all sales are final. If there are minor details you would like to change (size/color) we will work with you to accommodate these requests. We cannot promise that all requests can be met once the custom work has begun, but please contact us for requests. 

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in transit. All damage claims are to be filed with the shipping company. We will package, pad, and tag the frame as fragile handling during transit.
